Phones are answered Mon–Sat 8 am–8 pm, Sun 8 am–1 pm (Eastern). Outside those hours, try again the next morning.

An independent rental company that works in your area answers. You may be asked for your address first.

The company quotes the size, the drop-off date, the rental period and the price. Those are its terms, not ours.

Book with them, or don't. Nothing is owed for calling.
What to have ready
- The address and where on the property the container should go.
- What you are throwing away, and whether any of it is heavy.
- Roughly when you want it and how long you will need it.
- Whether it needs to sit on the street, which means a city permit in Grand Rapids.
Who you are dealing with
The company you speak with is a separate business. It sets its own prices and rules, makes its own delivery, and is responsible for its own service.
